The “Talent Factory” project is the heart of Footytalent. We operate in Argentina, Brazil, and other strategic areas of South America with an extensive network of local professionals to identify the best young footballers and get them to play in the most prestigious leagues in Europe.
The Roadmap
- 2022: Start of scouting activity
- 2023: First exchanges of players between South American countries
- 2024: First South American player placed in Europe
- 2025: Launch of the Italian-South American youth sector
The Steps
Our method, structured in several phases, seeks to enhance talent and support them on their path of growth, until their inclusion in the youth divisions of professional clubs.
Scouting
Identification of the most promising young players during local matches.
Trial
The selected players participate in trials to evaluate their potential
Selection
The best talents are chosen to follow the development path.
Transfer to Europe
The selected players move to Europe to join youth divisions
Support
If a player has relatives in the European community, we help them obtain citizenship.
Placement
The project culminates with the player's placement in an Italian or European football club.
